This policy explains how JuteWise [Ltd] ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on jutewise.com, and how you can control them.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things — your preferences, or how you found the site.

We also use similar technologies that do comparable jobs: local storage, and scripts. Throughout this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.

First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use, such as our call-booking tool.

3. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary — no consent required

These are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off. We do not currently set any of our own strictly-necessary cookies beyond what your browser handles automatically.

Functional — set when you use our booking tool

These enable extra features, like our call-booking tool.

Because our booking tool appears on every page rather than only after a separate click, this cookie is currently set automatically wherever the tool loads, rather than gated behind a consent step. See Section 5 for how to block it if you'd rather not have it set.

Analytics

We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other website analytics tool, so no analytics cookies are set. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any are set — not after.

Marketing

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.

4. What we don't do

We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles about you

We don't sell data collected through cookies

We don't use cookies to identify you personally unless you have given us your details directly

5. Your choices

We do not currently set any cookies that require your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, so there is no cookie banner on this site at present. The only cookie described above is set by Calendly, our third-party booking tool, when it loads.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:

Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site working, in particular the call-booking tool.
